Privacy policy

Summary

The CalcVC iOS app does not require an account, does not transmit your inputs or calculations to Nuvya, and does not use advertising or third-party tracking. Your figures and saved scenarios stay on your device.

What the app collects

Nothing is collected by us. Specifically, the CalcVC app:

• has no registration, sign-in, or user account;
• has no Nuvya backend, and sends no calculation data to any server;
• performs its core calculations offline, on your device;
• stores named scenarios locally on that device only;
• does not use iCloud sync or iCloud backup for scenarios;
• contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs;
• requests no sensitive device permissions — no location, contacts, camera, photo library, health data, or microphone.

Sharing a scenario

The app can hand a scenario summary to the standard iOS share sheet as text or as a summary card image. That happens only when you tap share and choose a destination. Where the summary then goes — Messages, Mail, Files, another app — is governed by that destination’s own privacy terms, not ours.

Local storage on your device

Scenarios you save remain in the app’s own storage on that device. Because there is no cloud sync, they will not automatically appear on another device, and deleting the app removes them. Any device-level backup you have configured with Apple is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

This website

calcvc.nuvya.vc is a static site served by Cloudflare Workers. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. As with any website, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request information such as IP address and user agent in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.

Children

CalcVC is a general-purpose calculation tool. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no account to access, export, correct, or delete on our side. Data held on your device is under your control: you can edit or delete scenarios in the app, or remove the app entirely.

Changes to this policy

If the product changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.

Contact

A direct support contact address will be published on the support page before CalcVC is released on the App Store. We would rather leave this blank for now than publish an address that is not yet monitored.
